We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Arabic Language Teacher to join our early years team. The ideal candidate will inspire a love for language and learning in young children through engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Arabic language lessons tailored to early learners, in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes both language development and emotional well-being.
Monitor and record each child’s progress in Arabic, using observations and developmental milestones.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and communicate regularly with parents about their child’s language journey.
Take part in nursery-wide events, workshops, and team development sessions.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline.
Fluency in Arabic and strong communication skills in English.
Experience teaching Arabic to young children in an early years setting.
Understanding of, or willingness to adapt to, the British EYFS framework.
A warm, child-centred approach with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
