Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on cloud-based marketing solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing strategies and data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud from inception to completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in marketing and data cloud solutions.

Requirements:

5 to 8 years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platforms is desired.
Excellent command of English and French.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Previous experience managing implementation projects for different Salesforce Clouds is nice to have.
Familiarity with web programming languages, technologies, and testing.
