Define clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for your assigned product line.
Lead all core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure on-time, high-quality product releases.
Monitor and report on team velocity and sprint progress, identifying blockers and helping the team stay on track.
Serve as the primary representative of the Scrum team, advocating for their needs and facilitating communication across departments.
Collaborate with Product Managers to support strategic planning and roadmap alignment.
Create and maintain comprehensive product release documentation, coordinating closely with the development team for timely completion.
Assist Product Managers throughout the full lifecycle of a product release, from ideation to launch and iteration.
Track product usage, manage feature requests, and monitor core bugs and issue metrics.
Partner with the sales team to demonstrate current and upcoming product features to customers and prospects.
Perform additional duties as required to support the product and team.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
