Hire, train, motivate, and mentor the restaurant team to build a high-performing workforce.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Operate within financial targets, managing food costs and payroll expenses effectively.
Implement strategies to boost sales and meet or exceed revenue goals.
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to design and update menus.
Conduct and manage accurate monthly stock counts and inventory control.
Encourage team members through incentive programs aimed at increasing sales and productivity.
Define departmental goals, work schedules, and operating procedures in alignment with business objectives.
